Abstract
Organic farming is now essential to fulfil people's food needs. Therefore, high -quality resources are required to maximise food productivity. In addition, high-quality resources guarantee optimal income for farmers. Based on this, whether resources affect the income of organic farmers of the "Angrek" women farmer group in Pagelaran Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency. Based on this, whether resources affect the income of organic farmers of the "Angrek" women farmer group in Pagelaran Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyse whether resources (education, age, land area, e) affect the income of the "Anggrek" women farmer group and whether organic vegetable cultivation is profitable or not. This research is included in descriptive research. Sampling method, by means of a census, because the population is only from the farmer group only 30 people. The analysis used is statistical analysis and economic analysis. The results of data analysis showed: (1) simultaneous test results show resources (education, age, land area and experience) affect farmers' income; (2) partial test results show land area affects farmers' income while education, age and experience partially do not affect farmers' income; and (3) test results of the coefficient of determination show a strong correlation between resources and farmers' income. Based on the results of economic analysis, the average income (profit) of Rp. 877,677.00/0.0097ha/harvest; BEP of Rp. 173.74; and R/C ratio of 1, 84 indicate that the farming business is profitable and can be developed.
