Abstract
UMKM Sri Rejeki Broiller is a business engaged in the broiler sector in Bantar Gebang District, Bekasi City. The intense competition in the broiler market is currently the main challenge for Sri Fortune Broiler SMEs today. This research aims to identify development strategies carried out by UMKM Sri Rejeki Broiler and recommend alternative business development strategies that are relevant for use by UMKM Sri Rejeki Broiler. The analytical tool used in this research is the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the UMKM Sri Rejeki Broiller is in quadrant I which means that the UMKM Sri Rejeki Broiller supports an aggressive strategy or is in a profitable position and supports growth and obtained several new business model proposals including: Adding more partners, Marketing online, Making new products, Giving bonuses when customers make purchases almost every day, Expanding consumers, Using social media in the form of (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.), Social media promotion costs, Transportation costs, reselling products that have been frozen at high prices -high, processing intestines into products ready for sale, as well as adding production and transportation equipment.
